Strawberry Spinach Salad Salmon Todays Moxie

This quick salad of canned salmon, baby spinach, strawberries, pecans, blue cheese and a fresh homemade balsamic strawberry dressing, will fill you up in a jiffy while supplying all the right nutrition to get you through your busy day.

  • 4 oz strawberies
  • 2.5 oz spinach (large handful)
  • 1/2  oz blue cheese
  • 1/2 oz pecans
  • 1/2 can sockeye salmon


  • 1-2 strawberries
  • 1 tbs balsamic dressing


  1. Wash/clean the strawberries and spinach and slice or chop to your liking.
  2. Top with blue cheese and pecans.
  3. Open can of sockeye salmon. Remove the bones and skin. Use half the can of meat.
  4. For the dressing simply mash one or two strwaberries and stir to combine with the balsamic vinegar.
