1 banana (over ripe with some brown spots)
1 tbsp 100% dark coaoa powder unsweetened
1 tsp canned coconut milk solids (refrigerated)
1 tbs natural peanut butter
You can make this recipe in a blender or food processor or use an emersion blender. If you don't have any of these just mash the banana peanut butter and cocoa powder togehter. It won't be smooth like pudding but it will still taste great.
Garnish with the solid part of the coconut coconut milk, a little cocoa powder and a dollup of peanut butter.
