Oat Granola - Cranberries, Tahini, Pepitas & Honey
Homemade granola goes together quickly and you can toss in almost anything you like. This recipe uses whole oats, honey, tahini, cinnamon, dried coconut flakes, dried cranberries and roasted pepitas.
Making your own granola is so easy to do and saves you money when compared to the price of store bought. Just add a sweetner of your choice like, sugar, brown sugar, agave, honey or maple syrup and a nut butter. Stir to combine then add your topping and bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
