Oat Granola - Cranberries, Tahini, Pepitas & Honey

Granola with Cranberries Tahini and Honey Todays Moxie

Homemade granola goes together quickly and you can toss in almost anything you like. This recipe uses whole oats, honey, tahini, cinnamon, dried coconut flakes, dried cranberries and roasted pepitas.

Making your own granola is so easy to do and saves you money when compared to the price of store bought. Just add a sweetner of your choice like, sugar, brown sugar, agave, honey or maple syrup and a nut butter. Stir to combine then add your topping and bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. It's delicious, give it a try.

Cook Time: 10-15 minutes
Servings: Aprox. 9 servings


  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 3 tbs honey
  • 3 tbs tahini
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • handful of dried cranberries
  • handful of roasted pepitas
  • handful of dried coconut


  1. Preheat oven to 350º
  2. Place the oats on a shallow baking dish then add the tahini, honey and cinnamon on top.
  3. Stir to combine. 
  4. Spread out evenly on pan.
  5. Sprinkle on all your toppings.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.
  7. Serve in a bowl with almond milk, sprinkle over granola... enjoy.
