Buttermilk Bread Pudding
Homemade bread can go stale real quick. Don't waste it! This bread pudding is made from leftover Irish soda bread from St. Patrick's Day Dinner. It was also a great way to use up the buttermilk that was purchased to make the bread earlier in the week.
Maybe it's just me, but I think this recipe would be equally delicious served as a dessert or for breakfast.
