Blueberry Almond Quinoa for Breakfast

This recipe has a little Indian flair with the use of green cardamom pods. It's the cardamom flavor that made me enjoy this so much and not crave the sweetness of sugar.
You may want to add a tsp of sweetner like maple syrup, honey or agave syrup to make this sweet like blueberry pie. Personally I like it just the way it is.
